If you follow my tips you will get a perfect, flattering eyeliner shape for your eyes. They will always look even
and make your lashes appear fuller and bushy.
Please note that I did use a liquid eyeliner for this tutorial, just because it's my favorite look day to day but the same rules apply for eye pencils and gels, even eyeshadow!
